The Swiss Branch
The Royal Air Forces Association
The Swiss Branch of The Royal Air Forces Association covers the whole of Switzerland and the nearby surrounding area of the countries bordering Switzerland.
The Branch was formed in 1951 and has a long history covering over 70 years.
There are currently 54 Full Members and 76 Associate Members of the Branch. The main concentration of its membership is in the French speaking part of Switzerland.
Although it does not own premises for a Branch Club, the Committee is privileged to meet regularly (about every 6 weeks) at the Nyon Tennis Club.
Despite its small size the Branch has a full programme of
events and activities
during the year.
The Branch publishes a quarterly newsletter The Roundel
